Counselling and Education Regional Manager
As a regional manager you will be responsible for the School Counselling and Educations Advisors as well as Lead staff and Bank staff. Please see the current vacancies for more details or sign up to our mailing list on the home page when something suitable comes up.
School Counselling and Education Advisor Lead
We have a number of staff who work in our schools on a contracted (self-employed) basis, who will deliver services on our behalf where demand is necessary, usually contracts are yearly or termly, and can be continuous giving the school and staff stability and reliably. You will also manage and supervise one or more trainees and take lead on all school counselling and advisory aspects. You will be rewarded with a healthy wage and opportunity for personal growth.

We have a number of staff who work in our schools on a contracted (self-employed) ad-hoc basis, who will deliver services on our behalf where demand is necessary, usually contracts are termly, hourly and can be suitable for anyone wishing to expand there practice but with more flexibility and a guaranteed work. School Counselling and Education Advisor - Placement/Volunteer
We are keen on supporting all students on your counselling journey, and whilst the majority of our recruitment drives are for fully qualified counsellors, we are able to offer some placements throughout the year. Placements are usually in the North Tyneside/South Tyneside/Sunderland/Durham and Northumberland area.

Tutors and Speakers
We are always looking for guest speakers and sessional tutors to join us in our training sessions either in place of business or in school premises. If you’d like to be on our confidential list please send you details to with your area of expertise, your CV and anything that would be relevant to the counselling field, subjects must be reliant to mental health provisions.
All staff members including trainees are subject to an enhanced DBS and reference checks. If you are just as passionate about people, children and their families as we are, we will ensure have access to the right training and help within your selected field in abundance to help you succeed in the role.
